5PM Friday before the show all online pre-entries are due

7AM Office opens

8AM First class begins

Time schedule to follow is based on the trip counts in each class. 

• Closed toe shoes at all times around horses

• No guest dogs please

• No lunging in arenas except prior to 8am in the outdoor show arena

• Throw away your trash in trash cans

• Pick up poop and hay piles after your horse and dispose in manure bins

• Helmets with the harness secured are required at all times while mounted

$10 office fee per horse - Online Entries received before 5PM Friday.

$20 office fee per horse - Entries received after 5PM Friday.

$10 Account close out fee for any accounts remaining open at 5PM on the conclusion of show.

$30 per class.

$50 per prize money speed class

(3 entries required for prize money payout).

• Entry form submitted

• Office fee paid

• Current coggins submitted or emailed

• 2026 SRF waiver signed by adult

• Knocking a rail is 4 penalties. In speed classes, 1 rail = 4 seconds added to your time

• A refusal is 4 penalties. 

• 3 refusals at one jump is elimination from that class.

• 4 total refusals on course is elimination from that class.

• Any safe tack is permitted as this show is designed to help horses and riders learn.

• Horses with any bleeding wounds or in medical distress will be asked to discontinue their riding to seek care.
